Robert and Lindsay McClure started McClure Group Realty in 2021 on a whim and a dream. Robert had just abruptly quit his policing career and Lindsay was expecting their 2nd daughter. From there, the rest is history. Robert went on to become a 2x Icon Agent and sold 57 homes in his first year in real estate quickly bolstering him to the top 250 agents in NC while leading the #4 team in the state. After expanding to SC and GA, Robert quickly accumulating up numerous awards to include 3x Best Of Gaston (finalist), 2x Charlotte’s Best (Finalist), Expertise.com Top 10, CRP top 150, 2x Business Rate Highest Reviewed Firm Via Google (Winner), Homes.Com Expert. and Many More.

Robert and Lindsay are proud to now lead the #1 team in The Carolinas. Robert handles production and being the NC BIC while Lindsay handles all HR needs in the firm. In their personal lives, they own McClure Hill Farm where they raise their two daughters (Lydia and Aubrey). They enjoy beach trips to Florida and visting Disney World Often.
